Two groups of students and alumni, through the support of co-creation centre, won a seed funding of HKD$100,000 for their startups under the Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Programme (STEP) from the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks. The projects include an innovative multi-camera video live broadcasting Apps "MixTra-Cam" and a one-stop plastic bottle recycle solution.

"MixTra-Cam" is a mobile phone application that can conduct multi-camera live broadcasts, using the fifth generation of mobile communication technology (5G) With development, users only have to use a smartphone to operate multi-cameras for live broadcast, which has changed the traditional broadcasting system using large-scale shooting equipment.

The centre will work closely with these young innovative entrepreneurs to overcome the challenges ahead and to co-create a successful business.
