We are a solar car team competing overseas, focused on enhancing EV comfort by reducing motor noise without adding weight or energy use. Our sustainable motor design uses a lightweight sand-epoxy board to create an insulating shell that withstands heat and muffles noise. Sand, abundant and heat-resistant, is ideal for this purpose. Initially, we will develop shells for EV motors, later expanding to other machines while ensuring eco-friendliness. This technology repurposes natural resources sustainably, aligning with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) standards to provide a long-term solution for motor production.
• An innovative motor noise reduction technique by spray-coating a sand-epoxy mixture directly onto the motor’s outer casing

• Universal, applicable to motors of various shapes, sizes, and types

• The application process is simple, requiring only basic training, making it suitable for large-scale or grassroots-level implementation.

• Recyclable natural materials with high heat resistance.

• No structural changes needed
