Combining final-year project and industrial attachment as a whole, this project is to develop an e-Shop mobile application for an existing Sales System for an organization. This is to explore one more electronic channel to accept and process incoming orders. In this system, we used Ionic to build up an e-shop mobile application and website. In Addition, we applied new features such as the Chatbot and recommendation API in the Sales system. Moreover, we built up the Administration System for staff to handle the order data in a more convenient way. We hope this App can enhance the overall work efficiency and explore a new market segment of customers from online shopping.
