Fencing has become the most eye-catching sport in Hong Kong since Cheung Ka Long won the gold medal in the Olympic Games. Given that there are many limitations to promote fencing, we designed a "Smart Fencing Station" which can solve the difficulties in promoting fencing in three ways:
1. Safety (by using foam swords);
2. Equipment (by reducing as much as possible); and
3. Venue Restrictions (by adopting a wireless system in any place)
We hope that fencing will be promoted effectively through this system.
