This Project aims to enhance facilities and attract more customers to a small-to-medium-sized shopping center. By studying the needs and shopping behaviors of Hong Kong customers, we identified a shift towards online shopping and the increasing use of electric vehicles. To address challenges such as finding parking and accessing charging services, we propose innovative solutions and technologies.
We aim to improve facilities and attract more customers to a small-to-medium-sized shopping center.

We have studied the needs and shopping behaviors of Hong Kong customers and found that shopping patterns have changed in recent years. More customers prefer to shop online. Additionally, many customers drive electric vehicles for shopping but face difficulties in finding parking spaces and accessing charging services during their shopping trips.

As a result, we have identified potential solutions and technologies to address these issues.
