This system provides a smart car parking management solution through Automatic Identification of Car License Plates and Mobile Payment. It not only increases the efficiency of parking space usage and reduces the underutilization of car parking resources, but also saves the users’ waiting time and greatly enhances user satisfaction, in line with the promotion of Smart City in Hong Kong.
